This guide/mod list was also tested on pretty much exclusively on windows 10 (previously 7) and is also for the steam version of this game. You can still use this guide with the base game but certain mods are intended to be used with all dlc so if said mod doesn't have base game options I would avoid downloading the mod. The game goes on sale fairly often for a good price.
Please have the GOTY edition for this game if possible before starting this guide.
